High Court: authorities Should Ban Online Gambling | ABP Asmita

The Gujarat High Court has directed the state authorities to seem into the number of online gambling, and take action inwards accordance with the law inwards larger public involvement before it is too tardily. The court said the existing Gujarat Prevention of Gambling Act-1887 remains completely silent on the number, more particularly online rummy, 50-50 as the cyberspace gambling presents “many of the same concerns that the traditional gambling activities have got raised throughout the years”.
