Including the word ‘cyber space’, it is going to take action on Equus caballus races, poker and cricket betting. People who play these games with the assist of computers and cell phones will be arrested. People cannot play secretly at place. Because police are intended to hold a track of those who are often logging into gaming sites. Collaborating with the service providers, the niaganis cases will be lodged non-bail able sections. Action will be taken on gaming managers. Cash, jewelry and other items captured during the arrest will not be returned. The arrest of the accused will continue by freezing the bank account that was used for gaming. The first off time convicts will be sentenced to jail for an year and a fine of Rs.5,000 and for the second time the punishment will be doubled. The authorities Ordinance will be issued shortly, the judicial process is already completed.
