Duterte orders halt inwards PH online gaming

President Rodrigo Duterte has ordered the immediate shutdown of online gaming inwards the country.

“I am ordering the closure of all online gaming,” the president said inwards his speech after signing the full general Appropriations Act of 2017 on Thursday, December 22. “All of it. It has no use.”

The president said the authorities lacks the mechanism to strictly monitor online gaming.
