Tamil Nadu: Governor returns online gambling Bill, seeks clarification

Tamil Nadu governor RN Ravi has returned the bill to ban online gambling games once again and the bill had been sent to him 4 months back. The authorities has sought more changes to be done to the bill. Sources say that the governor has raised questions of legal competence.
