DMYT merger vote has been approved today after a shareholder vote on 29th December 2020. This means that DMYT will be merging with Rush Street Interactive, one of the largest online gaming companies inward the US.

Rush Street Interactive have got seen strong revenue growth each quarter and have got stated on their investor presentation that they could see growth of up to $2.4 Billion if they can capture their forecasted market share inward both Online Casino and Online Sports Betting Market, as more and more states inward the US legalise Online gambling.
